Olivia was the victim of a mean girl trick at their senior prom. Adam and Olivia didn’t see each other for ten years. Olivia was still embarrassed by the prom incident but went to their 10th reunion and connected with Adam again. Mean girl was there, too, to make it interesting.
The story was a little slow until the half way point and then it really took off. It was time for a jaw dropping plot twist and the clean up afterwards.
Adam and Olivia were both very likable characters and I really enjoyed the book.
