Jane Fox always delivers a steamy instalove romance that can be read in an hour. SUMMER BREAK ON THE BEACH is no different. What I liked best about this romance is Ash and Jared’s relationship because it gives us a glimpse of the kind of man Ash is - he cares about his younger friend but is also indulgent of his proclivities.
When he meets Nora he can’t believe she doesn’t know how beautiful she is. She was vacationing alone because of a break up with a boyfriend that didn’t value her. She’s not into hockey, so she’s not an enamored fan looking for a prestigious hookup.
This is just a short glimpse at their meeting and I like that we always know how things turn out at some later date. The other books in this series are written by other authors so should be good, short summer reads.
