I enjoyed this book because it met my book boyfriend criteria with a successful, attractive and passionate guy, but also because Keats was so close to his brother and niece. His professional sports agent business gave him so many opportunities to be a playboy, also. He did due diligence in that area for quite some time.
Maran was the kind of female character I like, too. She was strong without having to be obnoxious. She was honest, caring and always knew the right thing to do. She feels bad even in the smallest deception which helped Keats with his trust issues.
The steam is there, but not over the top. The plot is what really kept me reading.
