I liked the action and suspense in the story which starts out with Serena having been kidnapped, held somewhere for several months in South America, and Noah on a mission to rescue and extract her. The two had met once before and their reunion had a little twist to it that could change Noah’s life.
I liked the whole story of them being on the run from the bounty hunters and dealing with the status of their relationship. I really liked how Noah stepped up and did what I had hoped he would.
I hadn’t read a book by this author before, but based on this book, I would definitely read another.
