This book is so dark and depraved that I couldn’t put it down even when I would keep getting disgusted with Nox or disappointed with Dove.
There was sadism, murder, drug use, prison, homelessness, child abuse, kidnapping, and I wondered if these characters would be able to redeem themselves after going through so much. You will have to read the book to find out, but the ending was something I could not have conceived of for most of the story.
