All of the books in this series have involved a man or women from the very large, blended McCrae family. What strikes me every time is that when following the story of yet another McCrae, I can still remember the siblings and their stories when they put in an appearance in subsequent books. M.S. Parker does not overwhelm us with huge amounts of secondary characters, but the ones she chooses to include in each story are memorable and integral.
So A DRESS FOR CURVES is such a good book for a number of reasons. Carson seems like he gets immersed in what he lives whether it is work or his relationship. Vixen is a free spirit and unwilling to rely on someone else to take care of her.
The story involving Vixen’s background is both unique and interesting. I wouldn’t have minded a little more time spent on that part, but that’s just me. A great addition to the Scottish Billionaires series (and also good as a standalone).
