FOREVER AFTER ALL is Alexander and Elena. The last time they saw each other, Alec was in college and Elena a teen. Their mothers had been childhood friends.
But this isn’t really a second chance romance. It’s a romance about what it means to be family. It’s a story about the power of betrayal and the pursuit of revenge. But mostly it’s about how those two things can consume you so much that it dims your light until that right person comes along.
I really loved Elena and how she remained true to her loyalties and often have without receiving anything in return. I loved Alec because he had a hard lesson to learn and just had to let himself learn it.
