I liked the dad’s best friend trope in CHRISTMAS WITH DAD’S BEST FRIEND. The story was fairly standard in how it unfolded. There were several steamy scenes. After the first few I sort of skimmed o er them because they were just okay.
I kept reading because I had to know how things would play out between Nathaniel and Amelia’s mother and father. That part of the story was a good twist that could have been capitalized on a bit more.
