Bianca and Vincent’s story is one of the better mafia arranged marriage stories I have read. In VICIOUS LIES, Vincent appears to be a broody enigma, and Bianca a young woman that loves her sister enough to sacrifice herself.
When Bianca defies her father and Lorenzo, the mafia boss, she gets the choice of being a “working girl” in the brothel or marrying Vincent.
The best part of the story is learning about how deep, protective, and passionate Vincent is. The chemistry is explosive. The writing is excellent.
