I wanted to read A THOUSAND LETTERS because I like romance that has people communicating in written form either long distance, or as people that don’t know one another in real life.

This is a sad story of the hope for second chance love when Wade comes home after 7 years to care for his father in his final days.  He and Elliott parted under contentious terms when he went to boot camp.  She wrote him many letters and he never wrote back.
