I liked this book because Donovan is portrayed as a caring, hardworking man that gets his happiness from seeing what makes Havannah happy. He seems calm, controlled and steady to her being a little wild and needing adventure.
There is an intersecting story of the identity of the father of her baby. I didn’t read any of the Pickle stories before this and I kept getting the feeling I should have.
TASTY MANGO wasn’t as heavy on the humor as Donovan’s brother Dell’s book. I enjoyed it nonetheless.
