This book was so steamy, sweet and absolutely hilarious. When Penny had her crazy on, poor Eli just went with it the best he could and let her do her thing. Many strange things, too, but funny as heck.
Eli will break your heart until he finally accepts what Penny has been telling him in that way she has about her. Once she finds out she’s pregnant, her brother (and Eli’s teammate) forces Eli to live with her to take care of her. Eli is the perfect support person for the mother of his child, but his own issues keep him from letting himself have feelings.
It’s a great story that I enjoyed immensely and every one of Eli’s teammates deserve their story and I plan to read them, too. You will not only come to love Eli and Penny, but Tater and the other guys, too. These secondary characters are critical to the story but also very memorable.
