THE DEVIL AND THE DEEP BLUE SEA has pop star Drew going to Hawaii with her ex-boyfriend’s family and finding she should be with his brother Josh, a doctor in the war ridden country of Somalia.
Drew is funny, a little quirky, and very broken. Joshua just has hero written all over him. He won’t usurp his rock band brother’s girlfriend, but the displeasure he has shown toward her in the past was to hid his own interest in her.
I have read and loved every book in this series. I think of the three so far, this one has the most original overall story with the Somalia thing and Drew’s international stardom. The romance is thrilling, and the danger and suspense makes it a enthralling read.
