I like a good sports romance that has balance. PUCK THE BACHELOR LIFE sprinkles in enough background scenery of professional hockey to balance a good romance.
The story is mostly about hiding a forbidden romance - forbidden because Erika works for Wayne as his agent and because Wayne’s best friend Chase is Erika’s older brother. He’s the kind of brother that hangs out with guys he doesn’t think are good enough for his sister.
I really enjoyed the book. It was a fast read and fit in well with my affection for hockey romances. It also includes the support of family and friends for careers and relationships of their loved ones.
