Don’t Let Me Break by Kelsie Rae

Macklin is one of the keepers in the book boyfriend world.  His baggage is that he is divorced with estranged teenage daughters, but everything in his life experiences make him so ready for his next chapter.

In DON’T LET ME BREAK we learn a lot about what it means medically, socially, and confidence-wise to have epilepsy.  I really valued that part of the story both for the knowledge gained but also for acknowledging how people don’t know what to do in some cases.  Friends and family want to help, but Kate just wanted to have things as normal as possible.

The romance is such a good one.  It’s steamy.  Both Mack and Kate make the other better.  It is clearly geared toward young adults/college.

I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
