Georgie, All Along by Kate Clayborn

GEORGIE, ALL ALONG is the grumpy/sunshine story of Levi and Georgie, both people adrift in different ways that have to make peace with their own worth in order to love someone else.

It’s a good book beginning with Levi and his dog.  You’ll see what I mean.  Georgie sees him, but he doesn’t see himself as deserving of her or her love.  It’s fun watching him resist, which is futile.

Georgie finds herself lacking at this time in her life when compared to her friends, her ideals.  I like the message we learn from her about balance, ambition and happiness.

The characters are all memorable, the dialogue well written, the plot maybe a bit slow at times.
