Alex is a single dad whose wife died on the day his daughter was born. They had been together since they were 12. HEARTBREAK & CUPCAKES is Alex’s second chance at love with bakery owner Sadie.
I love the struggle we see Alex going through. The guilt he feels realizing he is having feelings for someone else - a person that is worth of those feelings, too. The chemistry between these two is hot but their family’s and friends also add so much to the story.
