How cute is this book? JUST DON’T FALL has all the advantages of a sports romance, second chance romance, and the grumpy/sunshine vibe. It’s more than the tropes, though. I enjoyed the type of humor - part self-depreciating and part observational - and the anticipation of romance that builds during the story is a page turning feature.
As the first book in the series, the rest of the guys in the Appies are already memorable. It’s easy to look forward to their stories, too.
