When I have a Whitney G book to read, the best thing to do is get right to it. THE OFFICE GUEST itself is an app that sets singles up with dates for holiday parties at work or home. The funny thing is we learn early on that Georgia has a rocky relationship with those running the app. Then we find out that’s not the only rocky relationship she has, but she really shines in her diligent, unique way of handling them.
Dominic is her big boss and “worst boss ever” at Georgia’s job where her under appreciated quirks put her squarely in the “worse employee ever” category.
As the meat of the story unfolds, we are treated to this lovable yet rare personality that is Georgia. I loved the humor. I loved how Dominic got her when others didn’t. I really wanted more of these two and was entertained with this holiday novella.
