The story and characters in BRUTAL MERCY are good. I loved the possessive, protective older man and the insta-love nature of the story. The battle between the cartel and mafia was a good plot element.
A lot of time is spent in the story saying the same things over and over. There was so much potential for other billionaire mafia boss stuff that was overlooked.
