Bad Boss by Maya Alden

BAD BOSS is a real page turner for the suspense and for the dark history of the main characters that drove their gigantic relationship missteps.

Mateo was indeed, a bad boss. I was quite angry with his treatment of Raya and enjoyed watching him dig himself out of the massive hole he put himself into by treating her badly. 

There are a lot of characters to keep track of in this story - it was a distraction at times.
