Charmed is a matchmaker to the elite outfit Jamie works for and Jackson’s aunt employed to find Jackson a wife. Jamie’s first meeting with Jackson shows both of their spirits but only scratched the surface of Jackson’s grumpy ways and Jamie’s entertaining personality.
It’s one of those stories where the layers of a character like Jackson get carefully peeled away before he can be transformed. Jamie is the catalyst and the heart of the story. The many secondary characters that work for Jackson become memorable for their devotion.
I read an advance copy of the book I order to offer my honest opinion of the book. I was entertained both by the humor, the emotion and the spice and recommend it.
