The next book in the Wilcox Wombats series is a runaway bride story. PUCK PROPOSAL is fairly low in angst on the romance end but plenty of conflict in the minds of the characters when it comes to being more than friends and balancing careers and relationships.
John is a sweet man, a little lacking in career confidence as an unexpected first string goalie. Joey was raised as a southern belle that seemed to suddenly remember she wanted more from life. Together they navigate emerging careers and an unexpected attraction to one another.
I enjoyed a copy of this book ahead of its release and this reflects my opinion about it.
