FORBIDDEN BOSS has an attention getting start that gives us a tantalizing look at the sassy Nikki. She looks like a hot mess, but the entertainment begins with her first few encounters with Rome. Rome makes his distrust and displeasure known from the start.
But the contract for a very contact intensive work based fake relationship. Lots of time spent together clashing and alternatively, getting glimpses into why each hold themselves apart from other people.
It’s really well written and I found the spice to be interesting, and it was a real page turner. After reading an early copy of the book, I can recommend it to those that like the billionaire glamour and the grumpy/sunshine with a smart young woman and older man.
