Prelude To Us by Jacqueline Darling

There wasn’t much more that could have been thrown at Isabel and Roman in PRELUDE TO US. It’s not just a second chance romance, it’s a fourth or fifth chance romance. Roman is slow at learning from his mistakes, and Isabel is slow at realizing she shouldn’t put up with them.

It’s a good story even though it ends a little abruptly. It’s not exactly cliffhanger, but it seems like unfinished business. We do have Meg’s story to look forward to and she is a pistol.

So after reading an early copy of the book, I would definitely recommend it, but keep in mind you have to read Prelude to Him first,
