As book 1 in this series, MERCILESS KING does two things well. It gives us an entertaining secret baby, second chance, she’s still married mafia romance with all the guns, fists and opulent surroundings. It also sets the stage for the interesting cast of characters that will carry out the rest of the story arc through the series. Excellent start.
