If you buy into this premise of the necessary pre-game ritual Dalton needs Joy to participate in for him to have a winning game, you will enjoy this clever romance. I’d classify it as a reluctant romance between two people that are capable of giving as good as they get in the snark department. As the obstacles to their romance first do the job keeping them apart, I enjoyed how they really seemed to kinda, sorta, resist.
