Daniel was a rake, playboy, scoundrel - and went through PAs like there was no tomorrow. This is a little bit of a reverse mafia story because Daniel has a successful legitimate business and has decided it’s time to join the “family” business.
So sweet Laura who takes care of her sick mother gets hired as his new PA and has to ignore his course attitude and innuendos because she needs the job.
If you like the kind of story with the rough around the edges bad boy that discovers his fiercely protective nature toward a certain lady, you will enjoy TEMPTED. It is a short story but leaves nothing out to result in an interesting story with a satisfying end.
