For a novella, UNMARRIED COUSIN was really satisfying. The unmarried cousin is the one that goes to all the weddings and everyone says “it’ll be your turn, too.” Of course she gets tired of it and this wedding brings a coworker as a fake boyfriend.
When you read this book, you are really going to like Scott. He couldn’t have been a more friendly, affectionate and interesting partner for Haley. He got along so well with her family. He saw an opportunity on this wedding trip to see if he could get closer to Haley.
Haley had to take a long look at how she felt about really dating a coworker especially since they were both teachers at the same school. She had always maintained a professional atmosphere between them and he followed her lead.
The ending was perfect.
