Both Ingrid and I were suspicious that a hot star like Levi had more than a passing interest in a mom of three kids under 9. You could almost see her punching herself when kept com g to her book store, texting her and asking her out. She divorced a mom who traveled a lot and came home wanting to be left alone, so Ingrid was doubly wary of having herself and her kids get close to Levi.
The path their romance follows was a satisfying story with it’s highs and lows. The burn was a slow one with a passionate outcome. Levi’s family and friends and their children all were part of the story. They were a little hard for me to keep track of, especially the wives, but they play an integral part in the story.
I liked how the story was about mature adults making decisions that considered other people before themselves. The families and children were written realistically with all the potentially memorable and embarrassing moments of families and children.
