Well played by Vi Keeland and Penelope Bloom

I liked WELL PLAYED for its humorous moments, steamy moments, and misty-eyed moments.  Levi - pro football player and Presley - single mom to Levi’s nephew find themselves in one of those inheritance situations with an old B&B.  They were at loggerheads because Levi wanted to sell the place and Presley wanted to fix it up and run it.

So the big elephant in the room is Levi’s brother Tanner (Presley’s ex-fiancé).  He decides he wants Presley back and she’s moved on with his brother.

I really liked the characters, the story and the romance between Levi and Presley.  I was annoyed with Levi’s mother.  This is one of those stories made complicated because in the course of holding one’s tongue to spare someone’s feelings, many other people end up miserable.  This was certainly a story that deserved its HEA.
