I started book 4 with equal parts of trepidation and hope. Clearly Beau and Lola love one another, but how can this end if that is not enough?
In ADDICTION Beau does his best to find a Lola that doesn’t want to be found. His initial reason is to make her pay in some way for what she did to him, but his perspective changes as time goes on and he realizes what he’s lost.
Lola travels to the many places she’s wondered about but circumstances and reflection make her realize where her home is.
The overall premise of the ending was good, but I needed a little more romance to be satisfied after what those two had put me through in the rest of the story.
