Book 2 of the Devil’s Lair duet picks up right after the tragic ending of Book 1 resulting in the transformation of Ehva to her broken, darker existence.
This is a book I could not put down. Even better, I couldn’t predict what was going to happen - and there is so much going on with the failings of revenge, possessiveness, brother against brother and the intensity of broken love. Salvi broke my heart over and over again.
I am so glad I read Book 1 again before reading book 2 and that I am going right to book 3 (a standalone). It is truly a series to fully immerse yourself into. Beena Khan has quickly become one of my “must read” authors.
