Dark Crown by Bianca Cole

The “dark” in DARK CROWN is not a strong enough description for the twisted nature of the anti-hero Adrik, a Russian Bratva member who embarks on an arranged marriage journey with Eliza, whose father is the head of the North American Cartel.

Adtik’s desire to ruthlessly lead organized crime in Chicago is what fuels his desire to marry Eliza.  He needs an heir if he is to remain in power.  His heir-making skills are, let’s say “unconventional” and might have triggers for some people.  But Cole writes scenes with passion and with few boundaries.

I enjoyed the book.
