A Very Merry Bromance by Lyssa Kay Adams

Colton the country music star and Gretchen the immigration rights attorney have one of those wedding hook ups then go their separate ways.  Paths cross and we find out the deep seated issues that brought together two opposites that are perfect for one another (per the Bromance Book Club women).

Family issues, career challenges, navigating the Bro families and a second chance at making it work are all there in A VERY MERRY BROMANCE.  The holiday connection is done very well - it adds to the story rather than just being window dressing.

I read the book from cover to cover first because I had to root for Colton smoothing over the grumpiness that is Gretchen.  Their interactions when she was mad were artfully done.  The second thing that had me hooked was the drama around Gretchen’s family.  I had to keep the pages turning and you’ll see why when you read it.

So it is a good book, a good holiday book and you’ll enjoy it whether you have read the other Bromance Book Club stories or not.
