INFAMOUS is the third book of a collection that can be read independently, but are enhanced by reading all three. Sophie and Connor appear briefly in the second book, which is Skylar’s story. They are chronologically out of order but that doesn’t spoil anything.
I loved the book. Connor’s devotion to Sophie is both heartbreaking at times, and swoon worthy at others. We learn about what went on during their 5 year separation - both Sophie’s pop star career and Connor’s rise to real estate power in DC. There are misunderstandings, tests of loyalty, exposure of deceptions, and meddling jealous exes to make this an “unputdownable” story. When it ended, I kept hoping there would be more.
It is steamy, romantic and there will be several times when you think “no, Sophie, don’t do that!”. Fortunately Connor is the hero Sophie and the reader need to enjoy this book.
