What made me want to read the story was Sloan finding Jason’s dog then when Jason returned from his trip, she wasn’t going to give the dog back. It set up a way for them to meet from opposite sides of the world. Sloan finally had someone to help her out of her grief from losing her fiancé.
The emotions were strong in this book that dealt with fame, grief, and making sacrifices for the people you love. The characters were special. Jason was the gentleman rock star. His manager Ernie was neither sleezy nor dishonest. Sloan’s friend Kristen had no filter in the best way. Sloan have everything her all.
It’s a really good book and I enjoyed reading it.
