The Cowboy’s Christmas Bride by Deborah Garland

I’ve read and enjoyed all the books in the series, but THE COWBOY’S CHRISTMAS BRIDE is my favorite.  Accidental baby, single mom, age gap, small town, amnesia - it has it all, and adds in a dollop of drama and angst to make it even better.

Parker is the rugged cowboy that takes to 8 year old Owen without knowing Owen is his son.  Grace had a one night stand with Parker and never forgot him, but also only knew him as “Hawk”.  The story deals with Parker’s memory loss and the decision to tell everyone he’s Owen’s father with the backdrop of Christmas and his brother’s wedding.

I really liked how Deborah Garland set us up for the next story in the series by connecting one of the critical characters to Parker.

A lot of holiday romances are shorter or more focused on the holiday, but this one has all the steam, substance and intensity of all the other books in the series.
