Cocky Counsel by Samantha Baca

I decided to read this book because I like most of the Hero Club novels and I love lawyer romances.

Although Ethan and Eva meet one time at a nightclub, she finds out he is her new boss at a corporate law firm.  There are hot times in the office with self- chastisement following as Ethan and Eva cannot resist one another.  It seems, however their canoodling is primarily taking place at work resulting in some tricky twists to a lawsuit against Ethan.

They are a good couple.  I promised myself I would mention that their stomachs growl with hunger (for food) surprisingly often.  The secondary characters are memorable and add an interesting subplot to the story that allows Ethan’s character to shine through.
