The chemistry between Elyssa and Phoenix burns up the pages from the first chapter but things are definitely not going to be easy for these two.
The story is one I couldn’t put down. The motivation for Phoenix’s revenge is one compelling part of the story as is his connection to Elyssa and her fuzzy past.
Phoenix and Elyssa should have been more suspicious of people they thought they could trust but near the end of part 1 some of the answers start trickling in, raising more questions for part 2 of the duet.
The cliffhanger in RIPPED VEIL was unexpected and I recommend you read this duet!
