Ripped Lace by Nicole Fox

Part 2 starts very soon after part 1 ended with us finding out the impact of Alyssa’s rash decision.  

In Part 2 Alyssa has to gain courage and confidence on her own since Phoenix isn’t sure he can trust her, and Charity is dead.  The author has a clever idea that keeps Charity “alive” in the story and it’s useful in understanding Alyssa’s transformation.

The both had to learn to trust again.  As Alyssa is put in situations that force more memories to return she realizes how the Sanctuary (and she) had secrets that would be hurtful to someone if revealed.

I enjoyed this duet and see the potential for more stories from this world and generation.
