Once Upon a Bet by Penelope Bloom

If you like your romances starting hot single dads and their adorable kids, you will love ONCE UPON A BET.  Add a small town, a new chef needing a restaurant and a whole lot of extended family and you will wonder when these two will find time for adult encounters.

Well they do find time, but the drama unfolds with the “this is just casual; no feelings” stipulation since our hot dad, Greyson is more than a decade older than Harper, and he is supposed to return to his job in DC in 3 months.

The plot is fairly predictable, but Penelope Bloom adds the humor, passion and color to the story making it difficult to put down.  I enjoyed it!

I received an advance copy of the book, read it, and this is my voluntary review.
