ASIDE FROM ME is about Persephone, who just found her boyfriend in a compromising position, and Trent whose best friends are two women. The issue is trust and Persephone has trouble trusting while Trent has trouble believing he is different from his philandering father, and trusts himself.
There new characters in Persephone’s brothers and Trent’s family enrich an already good story. It starts with Persephone’s 13 rules for Trent to be her roommate, and him breaking them one by one as they both break rule number 13 - don’t fall in love.
