I don’t read many shifter books but I like the caveman tendencies, so SAVAGE MATE was a good story with a community of shifters of several kinds of animals in Alaska.
It’s got an interesting plot, steamy moments and some memorable characters. The writing and dialogue was a little formal - not my favorite style, and I kept reading.
