Christmas on White Mountain Book 1 by May North

The story begins in CHRISTMAS ON WHITE MOUNTAIN with quite a lot of mystery and the introduction of numerous characters in the town of Pearl. 

I find the writing a little stilted, but will keep reading because there are several threads to pull.
