His Next Door Neighbor by Summer Brooks

I read the first book in this series, so I had some rather low expectations for Logan but as is usually the case he really shined in this book.

When the book begins, Logan and Bella Have been best friends for 2 years.  Logan noticed he started to want to move out of the friend zone, but Bella had career goals within reach that would take her to the other side of the country.  As the title suggests, they end up residing across from one another in a condo complex.  Logan takes a unit formerly occupied by a “Nosy Nancy” named Barbara -  she could watch Bella through their windows.

This was a fun story with a passionate connection that allowed the romance to flourish.  There were poignant moments of uncertainty, or even hopelessness, but the desire for Logan and Bella to be together overcame that.  I always like a good story with a few awkward periods between the couple as they sort things out.  Even better is when close friends and family get involved like they do in HIS NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOR.
