This is such a good story told in the perfect length. It is meaningful, funny, poignant and romantic. I not only loved Charlotte and Seth who we got to know in depth, but the glimpses we got of Gabe and Izzy were equally entertaining and romantic.

The Friend Zone by Abby Jimenez
THE FRIEND ZONE is a lesson in love and loss. I loved the hot, sassy mess Kristen turned out to be. I wondered if men like Josh existed. I laughed, got frustrated and grieved with this characters. The time reading this book was well spent.

Just For The Summer by Abby Jimenez
You might think a book called JUST FOR THE SUMMER is the next good beach read romance, and it is if you like to alternate between laughing out loud and crying while you are reading on the beach.
This is a unique story that is heart tugging in so many ways. The premise of the book has the two deciding to meet to break their mutual curse by dating then breaking up to find their soulmate, who will be their next partner.
The twists come in the form of obstacles, relived traumas, and almost insurmountable burdens. I loved being along for this ride. It’s really an excellent book.

Worst Wingman Ever by Abby Jimenez
WORST WINGMAN EVER is both clever and poignant. It’s not as much a romance as a story of transition for both Holly and John. The story will have you thinking about its message even after you are done reading.

Part of Your World by Abby Jimenez
PART OF YOUR WORLD is a magical opposites attract love story that had me glued to my seat from the start. I spent most of the story loving Daniel and thinking Alexis didn’t deserve him, but as the story progressed started to understand Alexis.
I don’t think they make guys like Daniel. How there could be enough hours in a day to do all he did for the town, the people and then Alexis was a wonder. Alexis was so complex and accomplished yet felt obligated to please everyone else.
It’s a fun yet heartfelt story that I really enjoyed. I can’t wait for Bri’s story.

Life’s Too Short by Abby Jimenez
I’m not sure what I was expecting from LIFE’S TOO SHORT. Hot neighbor guy soothes the baby and gets into this girl’s life who does blogging for a living hits on a couple high ranking romance tropes.
But, it’s not the trope that makes the book so good. It is the way Abby Jimenez creates a character that makes the reader view big things from a unexpected perspective. It is the wordsmithing of romantic metaphors that make the reader pause and think for moment to fully appreciate the meaning and the sentiment. And finally, it is the ability to build a relationship between two characters that evokes both laughter and tears.
I’m glad I took the time to read this gem of a book today.

The Happy Ever After Playlist by Abby Jimenez
What made me want to read the story was Sloan finding Jason’s dog then when Jason returned from his trip, she wasn’t going to give the dog back. It set up a way for them to meet from opposite sides of the world. Sloan finally had someone to help her out of her grief from losing her fiancĂ©.
The emotions were strong in this book that dealt with fame, grief, and making sacrifices for the people you love. The characters were special. Jason was the gentleman rock star. His manager Ernie was neither sleezy nor dishonest. Sloan’s friend Kristen had no filter in the best way. Sloan have everything her all.
It’s a really good book and I enjoyed reading it.
