Neutral Zone by Teagan Hunter

It’s not often you get a steamy hockey romance like NEUTRAL ZONE that has unique adult features such as that enjoy by Ivan and Rosie.  These were clearly two people just poised to find one another.

I liked the book.  It seems to be wrapping up the Carolina Comets series since most of the main characters are paired off and Ford has been traded.  It has a good blend of hockey family, hockey, and romance.

Blind Pass by Teagan Hunter

BLIND PASS is a Beauty and the Beast pairing of influencer Ryan and Carolina Comets player Rhodes who was disfigured by a hockey skate to the face when he was a teenager.

Ryan was prominent in the first book of the series and she maintained her irreverent and sassy demeanor.  It’s a fairly typical drunk in Vegas marriage.  It’s what happens after they decide to pretend it is true that makes the story.

As we all know, being deceptive will always eventually bite our lovebirds in the tush.  You will enjoy this steamy rom-com that has just the right amount of romance and hockey.

One-Timer by Teagan Hunter

I’ve been on a hockey romance thing lately and ONE-TIMER is from a series about a fiction team from North Carolina, the Comets. In this book, the hockey theme is pretty much background - not a lot about the sport itself.

It was a fairly typical surprise baby story with the woman having the courage to tell the father right away.  Cameron, the father had a bad experience with a fiancĂ©e making it difficult to trust Hollis.  Most of the story is about whether they will be co-parents or also have a relationship.

Text Me Baby One More Time by Teagan Hunter

So each book in the series features texting in some way and TEXT ME BABY ONE MORE TIME has a unique twist on that using the texts to tell the story of what transpired between Shep and Denny in the past.

The banter is witty, funny and the sass and logic between the two is head shaking at times.  The books work fine as standalone, but reading the one before this puts into context how Denny coped with what happened with Shep and made the story a little more poignant.

I enjoyed reading the book and look forward to more from this author.

Can’t Text This by Teagan Hunter

CAN’T TEXT THIS is full of witty banter between the dirty talking single dad Robbie and the effervescent yet inexperienced Monty.  Their texting is funny and endearing.  Once they can no longer resist one another, they burn up the kindle until complications interfere.  It’s really well written and I couldn’t put it down until I found out how things worked out.
