The Billionaire’s Assistant by Sylvia Hart

The third Loughton brother returns home after being disowned and “banished” from the family business by their father. The brothers brought Mason back into the fold after he’d transformed himself from a homeless 18 year old to a Greek resort owner.

In THE BILLIONAIRE’S ASSISTANT, the Aldo damaged Cassidy returns temporarily to New York publishing, eventually facing her cheating ex, finding a way to help Mason, and be true to her new passions.

The book is very different from a billionaire office romance. It’s that they are both by unfulfilled by traditional pursuits in their lives.  It seems like the worst time for either of them to contemplate a relationship but you’ll have to see how that unfolds.

Boss Agreement by Sylvia Hart

At first glance, THE BOSS AGREEMENT seems like a typical billionaire boss romance.  There is nothing typical about it, though.  I loved the book.  It is original, emotional and has a kind of suspense that comes from the feeling that things are going so well, the other shoe must be ready to drop soon.

Phillip is unexpected and from the time they meet, he never fails to disappoint us as he strives to be the man he wants be.

Addison on one hand seems so resourceful and grounded, but her life dealt her some hard lessons making her serious in some ways beyond her years.

You want to read this story.  I was glad to receive an advance copy from the author so I could do so and provide this review.

Dirty Business by Sylvia Hart

DIRTY BUSINESS got off to a titillating start and gave us an idea of what to expect in terms from Dante and Hailey’s chemistry.

The story takes place in an Atlantic City resort Dante bought that was previously owned by Hailey’s father. Hailey wasn’t happy with the sale or the new owner so she set out to run him off with some rather childish schemes that, to me, defied belief even for behind the scenes pranks at work.

I thought the story lost momentum in the middle after the owner/daughter of former owner conflict wound down. The scenes were good but didn’t always move the romance forward as I thought it should.

Most of the other conflict surrounds control at the resort that Hailey feels is “hers” and the employees are “her family”. Her philosophy of fixing things to make people happy is in direct conflict with Dante’s views on happiness. I kept wondering how the two would be happy together viewing this so differently and that kept me turning the pages.

I received this book to read in advance and this is my voluntary review.

Tricky Business by Sylvia Hart

TRICKY BUSINESS is breathtakingly romantic. I loved the entire concept built around the advertising agency trying to break into marketing in social media, but it was the characters of Emery and Madison that made the story unforgettable.

Emery is the charismatic face of the company - famous for his bachelor lifestyle and different beautiful model or actress on his arm at endless events. He hires Madison despite an embarrassing first meeting and despite her insistence that she couldn’t do the job. It just kept getting better with some funny moments, heart tugging moments and well written steamy moments.

There are a number of subplots that are woven in seamlessly that made it impossible for me to put the book down until I was finished with it.

The Billionaire’s Gamble by Sylvia Hart

THE BILLIONAIRE GAMBLE grabbed my interest because it is a billionaire, grumpy boss and fake relationship romance. It not only ticks all those boxes but the chemistry between Matthew and Penny burns up the pages.

Matthew is unique in that he is intellectually a genius but keeps himself behind walls socially. When he make a bet that involves a fake wedding to Penny, he has no plans to see it through to a real relationship yet when the good times start to roll, he falls fastest.

The story is really good with great secondary characters in Matthew’s friends Rich and Elijah. What will make you keep turning the pages, though, is the carnal canoodling in the office. Let’s just say Matthew has a lot going for him in this department and Penny is the perfect match for his particular tastes.

I’d easily go back and read the first two books of the collection and think Sylvia Hart is a fantastic author.

I received an advance copy of the book to read and this is my voluntary review.

The Billionaire Wager by Sylvia Hart

I really loved this story. Both of the main characters were edgy - like you always expected something to go awry because of the pieces of their broken childhoods that still had control over them. Bri was saucy and unconventional. Richard stern and rigid.

If you like books that have true chemistry between the characters, are passionate and might coax out a tear or two, you will enjoy THE BILLIONAIRE WAGER.

I received an advance copy of this book, read it, and the wrote this voluntary review.

The Billionaire Bet by Sylvia Hart

Eli and Samantha’s story starts with mystery.  The two had a night together and agreed to move on, but never forgot it.

Do they met again and the work of trusting each other gets tested.  They each try to fit in each others’ world.

It’s a good book without a dull moment.  The secondary characters were memorable enough that I’d like to know their stories, too.
