Unbreakable by Sonia Stanizzo

I really enjoyed UNBREAKABLE because it was original in many ways. From the first scene, we are a little rattled by what is happening to Penny. We meet Lucas and are frankly, not impressed, so as the story unfolds we are kept a little off balance as Penny and Lucas try to keep one step ahead of an avalanche of PR disasters.

If you like spice, head scratching twists, misunderstandings to love romances, you will enjoy this book. As a recipient of an early copy of this book I can recommend it to romance readers.

Chasing Trouble by Sonia Stanizzo

If couples in love told each other the truth and didn’t deceive by omission, books like CHASING TROUBLE would be very short.

This second chance at love story keeps its secrets for a good portion of the book allowing Ava and Nick to stop insisting they hate one another.  Secrets that caused Ava to run from Nick ten years ago are at work and more recent developments are forces trying to keep them apart.

Ava and Nick have a fierce chemistry and I enjoyed the book although it took them awhile to stop making the same mistakes again.

I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

The Trouble with Mr Pretty by Sonia Stanizzo

THE TROUBLE WITH MR PRETTY was not exactly what I was expecting, and I really enjoyed it. First off, Jack was a pleasant surprise. He was wealthy, gorgeous, and a former professional athlete. In Lauren’s mind that made him a Mr. Pretty - a man that thought everyone should fall at his feet to please him. She had been badly burned by such a man in the past and continued to be haunted by the fall out from that relationship.

Jack also loved and doted on his mother and surprised Lauren with his indifference to woman fawning over him and with his unselfish projects. He had not wanted to be serious about a woman, so he even surprised himself with the single minded focus he had on Lauren.

The story is about trust, but also has some intrigue, blackmail and suspense that throws the couple together. Once you learn why Lauren is so troubled, you will agree with me that the ending is perfect.
